How the NIL Program Works
Our goal is to provide maximum revenue for Colleges and Universities NIL Programs, with premium products at competitive pricing, along with comprehensive marketing and advertising to ensure sales are maximized at each school.
We manufacture private label alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including World Class Beer, Non-Alcoholic Beer, Sparkling Flavored Water, Mixed Cocktails, Hard Seltzers and Sports Hydration drinks, all in cans. Our beer is available in kegs in some markets. We distribute these beverages in most states using well known distributors, however, in some states we will have targeted areas where we will self-distribute. We anticipate within one year from launch for any school we will have the beverages in most convenience stores, liquor stores, grocery stores, bars, and restaurants within a 50-mile radius of the school, depending upon the size of the market.
We have an in-house experienced graphics team that creates all our artwork. Our marketing team will create online and television ads, at our expense, which will be featured in the market of the respective school. We will dedicate a team to work with available publications and groups on campus to help get the word out with each school’s products.
We do not charge any College or University for any costs. We finance all production, distribution, and advertising. Our revenue share is based on a flat fee paid for each item sold, monthly payments are paid to the school when our distributors have paid UBev.
We specialize in developing recipes for enjoyable beverages that are geared to mass market consumption, to maximize volume and revenue for the NIL Program.
Our canned beverages are sold by the case (24 per case, 12 ounces per can). Depending upon the beverage, the NIL revenue will be approximately $2.50-$3.50 per case. We anticipate yearly case sales of 100,000 to upwards of 350,000 for larger schools. Our retail pricing will be competitive with big brand beer.
We are fully licensed to manufacture and distribute our beverages nationally, however, some states may require additional licensing that could take up to 60 days to acquire.
We suggest schools help with the following:
1. Identifying potential paying sponsors that can be indicated on our packaging, helping to increase NIL revenue. This will go straight to the NIL program.
2. Helping to place the beverages at school stadiums/venues.
3. Providing mailing lists/email lists for direct marketing of all alumni.
4. Encouraging coaches (Athletes only for non-alcoholic beverages) to participate in our commercials.
5. Use of school marks if necessary.
We have a Master Brewer on staff and extensive experience in developing recipes for your school, we suggest a school start with one beer, one mixed cocktail, and one carbonated sports drink. With 3 drinks in the marketplace, schools will ensure success. We pay for all upfront costs, it is in the best interests of the school to have us launch multiple beverages at once, to create awareness of the NIL program.
It will take approximately 75-90 days to begin sales of the beverages once an agreement has been signed, which can be with the schools Collective or directly with the school, or both. We prefer a contract that is 3 years or longer, which helps us to offset the initial ramp up costs for a school.
Our goal is to create massive awareness of the beverages we are selling, especially to students, faculty, administrators, alumni, school support staff, and the public.
